Shipping & Policies


We are located in Melbourne, Australia and ship worldwide using local Couriers (Australia Post and Sendle). We offer both, standard tracked and untracked postage, as well as express. These options will be available to you at checkout.

Please note, choosing express does not mean your order is placed on top of the pile, it simply means, once your order is ready, it will be sent via Express post. 
We do not take responsibility for lost packages. Once your order leaves the site, you will be emailed a tracking number. In rare cases, where your order does not arrive to you within 10 days of being posted, we encourage you to contact the courier to locate its whereabouts. Unfortunately, we do not refund lost packages. 

Turnaround times:

All our bows are handmade to order and will be sent within 7 to 10 business days. If you require bows by a certain date, please send me an email and I will try my best to get it out to you as soon as possible. 


Returns:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. If we have sent you the incorrect item, or the item is visibly damaged during transit we will happily replace the item for you. Incorrect items will be required to be sent back to us (we pay postage) before we sent off the correct item.
